      All personal data we collect is accessible to you directly within the InterviewBuddy web app, where you can view your information. You can save the web pages to store it with you as a copy. This eliminates the need for separate data exports. If you identify any inaccuracies in your data, you may rectify them through your account settings in the app. 

   2. Right to Delete Your Personal Data

      We prioritize the privacy and security of our users. Our data deletion policy ensures that all personal information and associated data are handled responsibly and securely. 

      • User Data Deletion Request: Users can request the deletion of their personal data by emailing us. Upon receipt of a deletion request, we will process the request within 60 business days. During this period, all data associated with the user will be permanently removed from our systems. 
      • Data Disassociation and Anonymization: As part of our data deletion process, we disassociate and anonymize any data not directly tied to user identity but necessary for platform performance or compliance. This includes de-identifying recordings, where user faces will be blurred, ensuring no personally identifiable information is retrievable. 
      • Finalization: Once data deletion is complete, we confirm with the user that their data has been removed. 
   3. Right to Restrict Processing of Your Personal Data 

      Processing of your data is based solely on your explicit opt-in. You may opt-out at any time by emailing us. If you opt out, we will cease processing your data for purposes beyond essential platform functionality and compliance requirements at the earliest withing 60 business days 

   4. Right to Object to Processing of Your Personal Data

      You may object to specific types of processing, especially for direct marketing purposes. If you wish to object, you can contact us to review your preferences. We will cease processing your data at the earliest possible withing 60 business days, unless justified by legal obligations.
